Keynote Speaker – Mark Little – The Future of Travel Media
10:20 – 11:00

Meet the Media is pleased to welcome Mark Little, former RTÉ foreign correspondent and one of Ireland’s most respected media thinkers, as a keynote speaker exploring the future of travel media.
Dublin-born and a graduate of Trinity College Dublin, Mark spent the first two decades of his career with RTÉ, where he built a reputation as an award-winning journalist, TV anchor and foreign correspondent. He was RTÉ’s first Washington correspondent and a presenter on its flagship current affairs programme, Prime Time. During this time, Mark reported on some of the defining global events of our era, including the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan and the election of Barack Obama. In 2010, as social platforms began to transform how news was gathered and shared, Mark founded Storyful, the world’s first social news agency. Storyful pioneered new standards in verification and collaboration, helping newsrooms make sense of real-time, user-generated content.
Mark went on to hold senior leadership roles at Twitter, including Vice President of Media Partnerships in Europe and later Managing Director, working closely with global publishers as digital distribution reshaped the media landscape. His entrepreneurial drive later led him to found Kinzen, an AI-driven platform focused on tackling misinformation and online harms. Kinzen was acquired by Spotify, where Mark continued to work on trust and safety initiatives.
At Meet the Media, Mark will draw on his unique career across journalism, technology and platform leadership to examine what lies ahead for travel media — from artificial intelligence and audience trust to the evolving relationship between creators, publishers and platforms. His keynote promises to be a thoughtful, forward-looking session for anyone navigating how travel stories are told, shared and trusted in an increasingly complex digital world.
