The Visit USA Ball will be held on Thursday 4 July 2019 at the Hilton London Bankside, 2-8 Great Suffolk St, London SE1 0UJ. Sitting in the heart of London this modern hotel is easily accessible by all forms of public transport (Southwark, Blackfriars, Waterloo & Waterloo East and London Bridge).
This year there are a very limited number of tables available. The Visit USA Independence Ball is a proven popular event and it will sell out within days – so you must act quickly to avoid disappointment. Even if you have notified us in the past of your desire to reserve places at the 2019 Ball you must complete the online booking process and all bookings are taken on a first come first served basis.
Individual tickets and tables have been held at 2018 prices and are now available to members on a first come first served basis. The cost of a table depends on whether drinks are included or not and individual tickets are also available for purchase by members who would like to attend by joining other members and the Visit USA secretariat team for the evening. More details on ticket prices can be found with the booking form online.
To book one of the few remaining tables or an individual ticket for the Ball please logon to the Member Area of the website using your normal username and password found at:
Select >BOOK Events from the menu on the left hand side.
Follow the instructions to select the correct event and confirm booking. An invoice will be sent directly to the email address shown during the booking process. The invoice must then be paid by bank transfer within 30 days to ensure your booking is complete. Any tables/individual tickets not paid within the specified payment term may be made available/sold to other members. There will be no refunds for cancellations or no-shows.
