The Crystal Snow Promise automatically applies to all Crystal package holiday bookings made before 30 November for travel in the same season –that’s by 30 November 2025 for holidays between 1 December 2025 and 30 April 2026. For the Crystal Snow Promise we’re defining higher ski ability level runs as a combination of intermediate/advanced runs including red/black/black diamond/double black runs. Change your holiday to another Crystal Ski package holiday fee-free if due to lack of snow: Less than 10% of runs open in the ski area* you’re travelling to: We’ll calculate the 10% based on number of runs open in the whole ski area.
