Forecasted for 12cm of fresh snow falling this week, Bansko in Bulgaria is a firm ski favourite. Located in Bulgaria’s biggest ski area, it’s perfect for families and first timers with beginner friendly slopes and a dedicated kid’s zone. For those more experienced, they can head to red runs near the peak or tackle the Tomba black run!
Courmayeur in Italy has begun to see a fall of fresh snow over recent days, making it a great time to secure your ski holiday. Located at the foot of Mont Blanc, it has a 42km ski area with a mix of open bowls and tree-lined slopes. It’s an idea resort for intermediate skiers, with plenty of relaxed red runs.
La Massana in Andorra offers a gentle, tree-lined terrain, making it a strong pick for beginners. This is a peak time to visit the Pal Arinsal area – the resort has seen 50cm of fresh snowfall in recent days. This makes conditions ideal for beginners to enjoy the dedicated nursery area before progressing to wide blues and easy reds that La Massana has to offer.
