Taste of Kildare Returns to Naas Racecourse this August

Excitement is already building for the eagerly awaited Taste of Kildare festival, set to return to Naas Racecourse on the 16th & 17th August 2025 for a weekend of flavour, creativity and entertainment. Brought to you by Into Kildare in association with Kildare County Council, this year’s event promises something for every palate and every age group.

The festival was officially launched on Friday at Naas Racecourse, where Áine Mangan, CEO of Into Kildare and Aisling Larkin, TV chef, gave a taste of what’s to come at this summer’s highly anticipated celebration of Kildare’s culinary and cultural life.

Now in its fourth year, Taste of Kildare is expected to attract thousands of visitors from all over the country with a programme of exciting demos and live entertainment. Kildare County Council’s Local Enterprise Office will also return once again with ‘The Flavours of Kildare Collective,’ bringing together Kildare’s finest artisan food producers and craft makers offering a range of handmade goods.

Festival-goers will be treated to a diverse range of food experiences, highlighting the culinary excellence that Co Kildare is known for. Stroll through vibrant food stalls, meet local artisan producers and breweries, and enjoy live chef demonstrations from some of the finest culinary talent in Ireland.

The 2025 festival welcomes back celebrity chef Rachel Allen, who will take to the demo stage once again with a standout line-up of chefs including Gary O’Hanlon from The K Club, Philip Gleeson from the Killashee Hotel, Barry Hayden from Lily & Wild, Adam Nevin from Carton House, a Fairmount managed Hotel, Joey Deering from The Keadeen Hotel, Pablo Bernardo from Barberstown Castle, Peaches and Domini Kemp, Derry Clarke, and Bernard McGuane from the Glenroyal Hotel all participating across the weekend.

Visitors can enjoy a packed line-up of live music and performances throughout the weekend, including Morning Glory (an Oasis tribute), Newbridge Gospel Choir, Spring Break, and a wide selection of acts representing Kildare’s creative community. There will also be dedicated entertainment and activities for children across both days, making this a true family-friendly event.

Join us at Taste of Kildare 2025 for a weekend of delicious food, dynamic experiences, and unforgettable memories in the heart of one of Ireland’s most celebrated food regions.
